Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the nearby Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and found great restaurants across the street. The location is perfect for getting around, and the atmosphere is really inviting. Staff were super friendly....

Staff here are very kind and made me feel at home. the lack of air conditioning during warmer nights was uncomfortable, especially being on a main street where opening windows wasn’t an option. there were some noise issues from the atrium that made it a bit hard to relax. Check-in was smooth, but I found the Wi-Fi signal a bit weak at times, which was frustrating for work.

This quaint hotel impresses with its spacious rooms and outstanding service. The staff members are incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly. Located just steps from a metro station, it's ideal for easy travel. A highlight was the superb air conditioning that kept us cool during the hot Madrid summer. Breakfast, while decent, has room for improvement.

Charming vintage ambiance with spacious rooms made for a cozy stay. The breakfast featured a delightful range of fresh local fish and the staff were exceptionally friendly. the noise from the atrium disrupted the peaceful atmosphere late into the night, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, making it difficult to stay connected. I also found the mattress slightly too soft for my liking, which impacted my sleep quality.

It was just a good match for a stopover in Madrid with reasonable value. The lobby area was really nice and had a calm vibe. Try to take advantage of the metro right across the road for easy travel around the city.
